Q: How much is Shipping?

A: Shipping is Calculated at check out. We Ship out using courier service as well as Canada Post. We are offer you the best rates that we can possible get. 

Q: How long does it take to ship out order?

A: We ship order’s globally within 1-3 business days
depending on order size and time that order was received.

Q: How long does it take for order to be delivered?

A: At check the system will give you some idea of delivery date. Having said that we have no control over how long it take due to unforeseen circumstances by the courier or Canada post. Should your order be a rush please contact us before placing your order.

Q: Why does ICS courier show next day but it takes longer?

A: When you are looking at any of the shipping company's at check out please look below the courier name or even Canada Post that is where it will tell you roughly how long it will take to arrive are your door. For Example ICS Next Day says 1-2 business days.

 Belly Bands Style 1 or 2

Q: What the difference with the two Belly Band styles?

 A: Style 1 provides better coverage for bigger dogs like New Foundland, Bernese Mountain Dog, St. Bernard just to name a few. 

A: Style 2 is a slimmer band for smaller dog like, Bichon Frisé, Italian Greyhound, Shih Tzu
