At Jack & Jill Dog Diapers we make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.

To help ensure you get the right size and style, it is important to order the correct size. We encourage you to take a look at our sizing chart for the correct fit. Return policy:  We are sorry but we can't accept returns due to sanitary reason  as well as with any of our custom made products. But if there is any issues with the product please feel free to contact me Filomena and lets see what can be done to help you out.

 Exchange Policy: If you order in correct and your dog has not put on the product you can reach out to us for a exchange but you will have to pay for the shipping the product back to us and the shipping for the product going back to you. So its very important to be sure of what size you are order to save time and extra  shipping cost.
