Return Policy: Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our custom-made products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with the product, please contact me, Filomena, within 5 days of receiving the product, and we will work together to find a solution.

Exchange Policy: If you ordered the incorrect size and your dog has not worn the product, you can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us and for the shipping of the new product to you. To avoid extra shipping costs, please ensure you order the correct size.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within half an hour of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed and shipped.
