Our Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via courier companies only (not Canada Post). This ensures reliable tracking and secure delivery of your items.

Important Notice for US Customers

As of October 2025, customers may be charged tariffs on orders shipped to the United States.

Please be aware:

• Tariff amounts are determined by US Customs and Border Protection
• The exact tariff amount will not be known until your item arrives at the US border
• You may be contacted by the courier company to pay any applicable duties and tariffs before delivery
• These charges are separate from your order total and shipping costs
• Tariffs are taxes imposed by the US government and are beyond our control

Canadian Customers

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties or tariffs. Your courier will deliver directly to your address.

Tracking Your Order

Since all shipments are sent via courier, you will receive tracking information once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your package every step of the way.
